This notice describes the inquiry form on the Helix website. Updated September 28, 2026.

What you share with us.

When you send an inquiry, we receive your name, work email, business name, selected area of interest and message. We use these details to respond and discuss the work you are interested in. The form does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

How your inquiry reaches us.

The form sends your details to Web3Forms over HTTPS for processing and email delivery to Helix. Web3Forms may also process technical information for delivery and spam prevention. Its service uses infrastructure and spam-screening providers described in the Web3Forms privacy policy.

Spam protection.

hCaptcha loads when you interact with the form or choose to load the spam check. It processes information about your browser, device and interaction, including network information such as your IP address, to assess automated activity. It may use cookies or similar technology. See the hCaptcha privacy policy and terms. You can also contact us directly by email.

Storage and retention.

Unsent form entries remain in the current page; our form code does not save them to browser storage. Submitted inquiries may be retained in Web3Forms and our email system. Web3Forms’ published policy permits retention for up to three years unless a shorter period applies or the data is deleted earlier. Email copies have a separate retention period. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of your inquiry.

Website technology.

This website does not include advertising pixels or a site analytics service. Fonts and artwork are served with the site. Hosting and security providers may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website.

Keep sensitive details out.

This is a general business inquiry form. Please do not include patient information, medical records, account passwords or confidential client material.
